Cancellation

    • For most services, we require a $50 refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

    • We have a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance.

    • If you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be obligated to pay 50% of the service cost or $70 if the price is undetermined.

    • All cancellation requests MUST be submitted through this form. To reschedule an appointment, please use the Square booking app here.  

    • PLEASE NOTE: A late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged REGARDLESS of the reason. This policy helps us compensate our staff for lost time and income.

    • NO SHOW/NO CALL: Clients who fail to show up without any notice may be denied future bookings.

General

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and subject to a late cancellation fee.

    • For safety and comfort, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless pre-approved.

    • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, peels) prior to your appointment.

    • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness.

    • We do not offer refunds for services rendered, products used, or missed appointments.

    • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

    • Final payments must be made before services are completed. All card payments are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.

    • We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential banning from future services.
