Cancellation
For most services, we require a $50 refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
We have a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance.
If you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be obligated to pay 50% of the service cost or $70 if the price is undetermined.

PLEASE NOTE: A late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged REGARDLESS of the reason. This policy helps us compensate our staff for lost time and income.
NO SHOW/NO CALL: Clients who fail to show up without any notice may be denied future bookings.
General
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled and subject to a late cancellation fee.
For safety and comfort, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless pre-approved.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, peels) prior to your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered, products used, or missed appointments.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Final payments must be made before services are completed. All card payments are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.
We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential banning from future services.
